The Impact of our Careers Programme
In order to make sure our careers program is having the best impact on our students we regularly evaluate the work that we do. Our Careers Policy has been built around the Gatsby Benchmarks. These benchmarks outline what a successful careers program looks like therefore evaluating against this will highlight any changes we need to make in order to improve the support that we provide.
